Is 90% sulfur good enough for bp, or is there a way to remove the impurities? -VVVS

the sulphor in bp is mainly to make it more sensitive (not tooo sensitive). so you can use 90% sulphor but you would have to use a higher percentage and this would slightly lower the quality.

I was wondering what to do after you put the flowers of sulfur in the amonia/water and let it soak for a few hours. Also, what does it mean by "flush the water away with ethanol"?/Gabriel
